Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Materialsgates Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use materialsgates.lat, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. Our goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support this goal, we try to:
- Build pages with clear headings and a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Make pages work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If any part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@materialsgates.lat and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@materialsgates.lat and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what your system is doing. We will point you to an independent local provider who can look at it and give you a written quote.
